Arjun Garcha
Managing Director
Arjun is a qualified pharmacist with extensive knowledge of medicines and healthcare in both community and hospital settings. He’s worked within the complex care sector for several years, assisting with both the setup and oversight of client care packages.
Arjun has worked alongside various professionals and his in depth understanding of different client funding streams is useful when assisting clients who are either under an ICB, have a PHB in place or going through a Litigation process.

Simran is a qualified occupational therapist with experience in neuro-rehabilitation in both community and hospital settings. At the heart of her practice she supports clients with their functional independence and rehabilitation goals.
Simran has several years’ experience in managing complex care packages, working alongside case management services and hands-on experience.

Debbie has worked within the Complex Care sector since 2001, starting as a Recruitment Consultant and then moving onto other roles including Office Manager, HR Manager, Care Services Manager and Operations Manager.
Working within both the administrative and operational sides of Complex Care has provided Debbie with an excellent understanding of both clients and employee’s needs.

Working closely with each client and their care team to ensure the client’s needs are met in full.

Also overseeing clinical auditing to ensure best practice in line with NICE Guidelines, CQC requirements and supports company wide practices through learning and development. Using an evidence-based approach ensures our clients receive the very best clinical support.
As a registered nurse for 14 years and 20 years in the care sector, Liz works closely with each client and their care team to ensure the client’s needs are met in full.
She assesses each client's individual needs, providing bespoke care plans and clinical oversight, alongside delivering clinical skills training programs and assessments for support teams.
Liz also oversees clinical auditing to ensure best practice in line with NICE Guidelines, CQC requirements and supports company wide practices through learning and development. Her evidence-based approach ensures our clients receive the very best clinical support.

Clinical Care Manager
Overseeing our individual client packages and ensuring that all day-to-day matters are taken care of. Also involved in delivering our bespoke training programmes as well as the ongoing management of our individual client teams.
Mechelle offers a wealth of clinical experience and has been qualified as an Adult Nurse for 29 years. She has worked in many different settings, all of which have provided her with different learning opportunities.
Her practise began in Hospitals, moving on to Offender Health & Community Based Care, Care Homes and Specialist School Nurse cover prior to joining Complexus Care.

Our bespoke care packages are tailored to each client, whilst taking into consideration both their clinical needs as well as personal preferences. We take a person-centred approach to empower and enable clients to reach their full potential through evidence based care practices. The support we provide helps clients fulfil their future aspirations such as returning to work, further education and personal achievements. We are able to cover the entire UK.
Our Specialist Care Services
We manage our clients’ packages with the utmost care and attention, ensuring that all of our clients are always receiving the highest standard of care. No two care packages are the same and they are all tailor made around the client’s actual needs.
Each care package is designed to fit around our client and not around us as a service provider. With the regular contact we have with our clients, any issues can be identified quickly and resolved promptly.
Our fees are fully inclusive of all our services plus the day-to-day management of packages (which are all supported by a Clinician at no additional cost).
This is what we offer for every client:
- One point of contact, you will be assigned a Care Manager with access to a Clinician
- Pre-agreed visit dates arranged frequently, usually once or twice a month as required
- Involvement in the bespoke recruitment and selection process of support staff including participating in interviews, shadow shifts and the gradual introduction to Support Workers if required
- Bespoke in house training around specific needs including bowel and catheter management
- Training is conducted face-to-face and tailored to the client’s requirements
- On call service which is available for the period of contracted hours
- Annually updated personalised care plans and risk assessments, or as clients’ needs change
- Supportive office staff who will deal promptly with requests
- Management of monthly rotas to suit the client
- Care reports are produced as requested by the Case Manager
- On-going supervision, appraisals and training of Support Workers
Arranging Care
Designing and arranging the best client centred complex care package that’s best suited to you
and your family can be a distressing time. Rest assured Complexus have the experience and
skills to make sure your care package meets your requirements and expectations.
Once funding eligibility is approved there are three types of Direct Care provision
Package 1
Continuing Care – funded by Integrated Care Systems*
Complexus will work with both the client and their Integrated Care Systems or Local Health Authority to ensure that the most comprehensive package of care is safely put in place. This will be designed on a bespoke basis to ensure that each clients’ clinical needs are met utilising person-centred approaches.
A breakdown of costs will be presented to the funder alongside the completion of any due diligence which Complexus may be subject to. When costs have been authorised, a bespoke recruitment process for the client will begin. Each staff member will then be placed on a tailored Complexus training programme to ensure they’re equipped to meet our clients’ specific needs.
Package 2
Direct Payment Care/ Personal Health Budget & Privately Funded
Complexus will work with each client to ensure that all of their needs are met from both a clinical and personal
perspective.
We will guide the client through the process of having care implemented at home with as much or as little involvement from the client, as they would like.
Full costs inclusive of all our services will be submitted to the client for their approval. Our person-centred, tailored approach enables clients to feel at ease with a tailor made package of care centred on them.

Package 3
Case Management & Compensation Care (Pre & Post-Settlement)
Complexus are experienced in working with Litigation Solicitors, Case Managers and Insurance Companies to ensure that our clients receive the very best care available underpinned by our clinical expertise.
We will co-ordinate your care needs in full and ensure that all necessary documentation is produced for your case, which will provide an in-depth insight into your care needs.
Complexus will work within the client’s Multi-Disciplinary Team to ensure that all clinical outcomes are achieved. Our person-centred bespoke approach ensures that our specialist care is delivered with our client at the forefront of everything that we do.
Complexus Referral Process
Our referral process is designed to make referring a client as smooth & efficient as possible
We aim to complete the entire process within 6-8 weeks from initial client referral to having the hands-on care in place. Here are the steps involved:
Step 1
- Client is referred
- Initial assessment undertaken
- Proposal for provision of care & costings provided
STEP 2
- Acceptance of proposal; T&Cs signed
- Start date of care provision identified (subject to successful recruitment)
STEP 3
- Meet with Clinician to gather information for Care Plan & risk assessments etc
- Meet with Care Manager for introductions & discuss recruitment requirements e.g. client preferences
STEP 4
- Recruitment undertaken with client involvement
- Mandatory training & client specific training begins for the successful team
- Hands on care team in place
